Stirrups and Ties
Both longitudinal and transverse drawn wire ties and stirrups are used to provide better adherence to concrete. Diameters used are 5.72 mm for longitudinal and 4.11 m for transversal stirrups.
Thus, longitudinal stirrups have a resistance of 6000 kg/cm2 and transversal stirrups have a resistance of 5000 kg/cm2.
